U.S. Congressman Rep. Ben McAdams has confrimed that he has been diagnosed with COVID-19 coronavirus, becoming the second member of Congress to be diagnosed with the virus.
McAdams, a Democrat from Utah, tweeted “Today I learned that I tested positive. I am still working for Utahns and pursuing efforts to get Utahns the resources they need as I continue doing my job from home until I know it is safe to end my self-qurantine.”
Earlier Wednesday, Rep. Mario Diaz-Balart of Florida announced he has tested positive.
