At least five people have been killed and at least 60 more injured in a crash on the Pennsylvania Turnpike early Sunday. The crash involved a tour bus, two tractor-trailers and passenger vehicles. The accident happened in Westmoreland County, near Pittsburgh, around mile marker 86.
About 60 patients have been transported to three area hospitals in Westmoreland County due to multi-vehicle crash on @PA_Turnpike at milepost 86 westbound. Coroner has confirmed five fatalities. An 86-mile stretch of Turnpike still closed from New Stanton to Breezewood exits.

The turnpike is expected to be closed for some time as the investigation continues. The cause of the accident has not yet been determined.
