Actor Kevin Spacey has reportedly settled the sexual assault lawsuit with a now-deceased accuser, The Hollywood Reporter reports.
Spacey has reportedly settled his case brought by a massage therapist who died in September. The man, who identified himself as “John Doe,” claimed he had been forced by Spacey to grab his genitals at a private residence in Malibu, California.
The man’s son and Spacey’s attorney reportedly agreed to dismiss the case with prejudice. No details of the settlement were made publicly available.
The settlement comes the week after the death of Norwegian author Ari Behn, who said Spacey groped him in 2007.
No legal action has been brought in that case.
