Evacuations have been ordered due to a large grassfire burning near Killeen, Texas, the Killeen Daily Herald reports.
People in nearby buildings have been told to evacuated as fire crews work on the blaze. Officials say seven wild land trucks, three fire engines and 35 firefighters are responding.
Fire crews say they believe they are close to bringing the blaze under control.
The fire is reportedly burning near the Rosewood Retirement Community. The cause of the fire is unknown.
