Nurse at a Boston Hospital Fired After Being Accused of Abusing and Sexually Assaulting a Child

A registered nurse at a Boston, Massachusetts, hospital has been fired after her arrest for the sexual assault of a child, MassLive reports.

Susan Blouin, 61, was arraigned on charges of indecent assault and battery of a child under 14 years old in Dudley District Court on Monday.

She was later released on personal recognizance and ordered to stay away from and have no contact with the alleged victim and have no unsupervised contact with anyone under the age of 16.

Blouin, who was a nurse at St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center, is accused of sexually assaulting a child she was fostering more than a decade ago, forcing the child to walk around naked, wearing diapers until they were 10 years old and sleeping in a dog cage.
