Dozens of people have been arrested during a protest at John F. Kennedy International Airport, WPIX-TV reports.
Port Authority says that around 60 people were arrested during the protest, which sought money, respect, and medical care for airline catering workers.
Officials say that the protestors were blocking a roadway and refused to remove themselves from the area after being asked. Hundreds of people arrived as part of the protest.
Their union spokespeople said 70 percent of members depend on Medicaid or go without health care all together.
