“Bonnie and Clyde” Star Dies

“Bonnie and Clyde” star Michael J. Pollard has died at the age of 80, the Chicago Sun-Times reports.

Pollard, best-known for his role in the 1967 iconic film for which he was nominated for an Academy Award, reportedly died yesterday in a Los Angeles hospital due to cardiac arrest.

Pollard was also known for appearances in “Little Fauss and Big Halsy (1970), “Melvin and Howard” (1980), “Roxanne” (1987), “Tango and Cash” (1989) and “Dick Tracy” (1990).

He married actress Beth Howland in 1961, however they divorced in 1969.
