A teenager has reportedly been arrested in Oklahoma City after jumping off a plane to try and avoid arrested, KFOR-TV reports.
Police say that the 16-year-old jumped from the plane in Oklahoma City after they landed from Houston.
The teen was reportedly wanted in Oklahoma for second degree burglary and knew ahead of time that he would be arrested by deputies at the airport.
He attempted to escape the officers by going through an opening on the jet bridge, running along the tarmac, and climbing on top of the terminal. He then jumped fro m the top of the building, breaking his legs upon landing.
He has since been arrested and taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.
