UPDATE: The 10-year-old boy, identified only as Micah, has died as a result of his injuries, WTXF-TV reports. Six men have been charged in the shooting, including the alleged gunman.
Six people have been arrested in connection with the shooting of three people Friday night at a playoff football game between Camden and Pleasantville High Schools, with one charged with attempted murder, prosecutors said.
Alvin Wyatt, 31, of Atlantic City is charged with three counts of attempted murder, unlawful possession of a weapon, and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, according to the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office.
Four other men, ages 26 to 28, who were at the game fled from police after the shootings, authorities say, have been charged with unlawful possession of a weapon and certain persons not to possess a weapon.
The victims include a 10-year-old boy who was shot in the neck. He is in critical condition at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, according to police.
