A man in New Orleans, Louisiana, has been arrested after he pretended to be his handicapped brother to try and get “diaper changes.”
Rutledge “Rory” Deas, 29, was arrested following the investigation by the Louisiana State Police Special Victims Unit.
Officials say that Deas posed as his brother, who has both mental and physical disabilities, working through advertisements on social media to try and get a caretaker to come to their house.
He would then act as his brother, allowing the care provider to change his adult diaper and obtain sexual arousal under the false pretenses of being handicapped.
Deas has been booked on 10 counts each of sexual battery and human trafficking and one count of possession of a schedule II controlled dangerous substance.
