The body of missing Atlanta student Alexis Crawford was found in a park near her apartment. Her roommate’s boyfriend has been charged with her murder, police sais.
The 21-year-old disappeared from her apartment near the Clark Atlanta University campus about a week ago, days after she reported “unwanted kissing and touching from Barron Brantley,” her roommate’s boyfriend, according to Atlanta Police. Crawford’s roommate, 21-year-old Jordyn Jones, has also been named as a suspect. She reported Crawford missing November 1, after waking up and finding Crawford, her cell phone, ID and debit card were gone.
One of the suspects led investigators to her body, CNN reported. Brantley was arrested Friday and charged with murder along with three probation violations.
