Iowa State Representative Arrested

Iowa state Representative Scott Ourth was reportedly arrested last weekend for operating while intoxicated.

According to the newly released court documents, Ourth was arrested last Saturday after he was pulled over for not having his headlights on. During the stop, the officer noticed that he had a smell of alcohol. Multiple tests confirmed that he had a blood alcohol content above the legal limit.

A preliminary hearing has been set for October 28th.
