David Weaver, the man who swam naked inside a shark tank at the Toronto aquarium, has pleaded guilty to mischief.
As part of his plea, Weaver has been given a 12-month suspended sentence, and must attend counseling. He will also no long be able to go to the aquarium.
Weaver was arrested on Oct. 12 after buying an aquarium ticket, then stripping naked and jumping into the facility’s shark tank. He was reportedly intoxicated at the time.
