An accused serial rapist in Clayton County, Georgia, may be linked to at least seven other sexual assault cases, according to police.
Kenneth Thomas Bowen III, 24, was arrested last month after they linked his DNA to at least eight of the attacks. However, police at the time stated that they believed there to be more victims and urged the public to come forward if they had any information. In today’s announcement, police say that they believe Bowen may be linked to seven more cases in the area, but have not pressed charges for those possible cases yet.
“Mr. Bowen has not made any statements admitting guilt in this case and the legal and factual sufficiency of the evidence has not been tested in the court,” Bowen’s attorney said in a statement.
