A New Jersey man who had previously been accused of breaking into Taylor Swift’s home has been charged with doing “doughnuts” on the greens at President Trump’s Bedminster golf course.
Richard J. McEwan, 26, was arrested after police say he drove onto Trump’s course twice in the last week, driving in circles on two different greens and causing at least $17,000 in damage. The Trump Organization spoke on the incident, saying that McEwan should be “prosecuted to the full extent of the law.”
Two weeks ago, McEwan was arrested in Rhode Island for allegedly breaking into pop superstar Taylor Swift’s beach home. The Westerly Sun newspaper in Rhode Island said that McEwan hopped a fence and broke a window to enter the Swift’s home.
