California Assembly Passes Bill Allowing Medical Marijuana in Schools

The California state assembly has passed a bill to allow parents to administer medical marijuana to their children in schools, according to ABC 7 Los Angeles.

“The California Assembly approved a bill Monday that lets school boards decide whether parents can administer medical marijuana on school campuses. It would allow the use of marijuana in non-smoking form.”

The current law in the state does not allow marijuana within 1,000 feet of school campuses.
