The head chef of Cipriani Dolce in Grand Central Terminal in New York City has been missing since last weekend, police and his co-workers said.
Andrea Zamperoni, 33, was last seen by his roommates on Saturday night after he finished a shift at the popular restaurant, the manager said. His co-workers called police on Monday when he didn’t show up to his shift and filed a missing person’s report, authorities said.
Cipriani Dolce’s manager, Fernando Dallorso, said that Zamperoni is a “sweetheart” and a hard-working talented chef.
