The man accused of killing University of Utah student Mackenzie Lueck is now facing charges of child pornography after police discovered the material during their investigation.
Investigators have charged Ayoola Ajayi with 19 counts of sexually exploiting a minor after they discovered the pornographic material during a search of his computer. According to a probable cause statement, girls thought to be between the ages of 4 and 8 years old are pictured in various states of undress, performing sex acts or posing provocatively.
Ajayi, 31, was charged with aggravated murder last month after Lueck’s body was found north of Salt Lake City. He also faces counts of aggravated kidnapping, obstruction of justice and desecration of a human body, in addition to the new exploitation charges.
