Police in Florida say that a man has been arrested after giving deputies his brother’s name, who had an outstanding warrant.
26-year-old Jacob Hisel was spotted by police walking along a highway. They then stopped him due to safety concerns and asked him to identify himself, at which point he stated his name was 23-year-old Nathan Hisel, his brother. When police looked up the name, they found that Nathan was wanted in Bradenton, so they arrested Jacob.
Upon going to the county jail, police then discovered the man was actually Jacob, who was wanted for dealing stolen property and uttering forged instrument. He was then given an additional charge of providing false information. His brother remains wanted.
