“Blade Runner” star Rutger Hauer has reportedly died at the age of 75.
Hauer reportedly died last Friday, but the death was not announced until today. The Dutch actor is best known for his role as Harrison Ford’s nemesis, Roy Batty, in the 1982 movie “Blade Runner,” but also appeared in films such as “Batman Begins” and “Sin City.”
Hauer also won a Golden Globe for his role in the 1987 TV film “Escape from Sobibor. He was knighted as a member of the Order of the Netherlands Lion in 2013 for his contributions to Dutch culture.
