Florida Man and Girlfriend Accused of Zip-Tying Hungry Child to a Piece of Plywood for Days

A man and his girlfriend from Sarasota, Florida, have been accused of zip-tying a hungry child to a piece of plywood.

41-year-old Frank McKay reportedly bound the child to the plywood after he had stolen some food and money to buy food because he was hungry. He was then given a salad, a banana, and two bottles of water a day while remaining tied up to the board.

The child reportedly remained tied up while visting 38-year-old Adecia Johnson, McKay’s girlfriend. Both were arrested on several charges including aggravated child abuse and false imprisonment.
