Crews are reportedly responding to reports of a large explosion at a home in Christchurch, New Zealand.
The explosion reportedly occurred in the suburb of Northwood. Officials say that four fire crews and a command unit are responding to the explosion, which was believed to have been caused by a gas line. At least five people were injured in the blast, according to the New Zealand Herald.
One employee of a country club around 100 meters from the site of the explosion says that they have found concrete tiles from the roof of the house.
