Cardi B has been indicted by a Queens grand jury over her ongoing strip club brawl case, ABC News reports.
The charges “were not immediately clear” according to the report, and will not be unsealed until her arraignment on Tuesday afternoon.
Cardi was facing misdemeanor charges in the case following a fight at a strip club, in which she was accused of throwing chairs and bottles at two bartenders.
She rejected a plea offer from the district attorney’s office in April. At the time, Cardi was offered a plea deal that would have required her to plead guilty to misdemeanor assault in the third degree. She would not have done jail time and if certain conditions were met, the case would have been dismissed.
