BREAKING: House Passes Resolution Allowing Committees to Lawsuits Against Attorney General Barr and Don McGahn to Enforce Subpoenas

The House of Representatives has passed a resolution that will allow committees to pursue lawsuits against Attorney General Barr and Don McGahn.

The vote, which was 229-191, clears the way for more lawsuits against Cabinet departments, administration officials, bankers, accountants and more. House leaders had been contemplating holding the attorney general and McGahn in contempt of Congress prior to the action today.

Under the resolution, the committees will be able to go to court in an effort to enforce subpoenas against the two.
