Singer R. Kelly’s former manager has reportedly been indicted for death threats to the family of one of Kelly’s girlfriends.
James Mason was indicted Thursday on one felony count of making terroristic threats, which is punishable by one to ten years in prison. He is accused of making death threats against the family of Jocelyn Savage. Mason was arrested in August of 2018 before being released on $10,000 bail.
Jocelyn’s family has maintained that Kelly brainwashed her into staying with him, although she has refuted the claims, saying that she has never been held against her will.
