Jailed South Florida rapper Kodak Black has reportedly been denied in his request to be released on bond.
Kodak Black had posted bail and was to be released before Miami prosecutors appealed. An appellate judge today ruled that he could not be released on bond, deeming Black to be a “danger to the community.”
Under this new ruling, he will remain in jail until his trial on charges of falsifying information on federal forms for the purchase of weapons. He is also facing drugs, weapons, and sexual assault charges in other states.
