Delays Reported on New York City Subway System Due to Dog on Tracks in Manhattan

A dog that wandered onto subway tracks in New York City is currently causing delays on the city’s metro system.

Northbound N, Q, R, and W trains are running at slower speeds between 34 Street-Herald Square and Times Square-42 Street as crews attempt to rescue the dog. Trains are being held as the crews operate.

It is not clear how the dog found its way to the tracks.
