A deputy with the Midland County Sheriff’s Office in Texas has only minor injuries after he was struck by a moving train.
The deputy had been responding to reports of an infant having trouble breathing when the incident occurred. His vehicle flipped after being struck by the train, after he drove through a railroad crossing.
The officer escaped with minor injuries, while the infant was found and taken to an emergency room.
