Tiger Woods, his girlfriend, and his restaurant company have all been named in a lawsuit filed by the family of Nicholas Immesberger, who died in Florida in December.
The family is suing Woods for wrongful death, saying the restaurant, which is owned by Woods, should have prevented him from drinking too much and then driving home.
Immesberger died when he crashed his Corvette while intoxicated. He worked as a bartender at the restaurant and was on shift that night, according to his parents.
The man allegedly got off of work at about 3 p.m., but sat drinking for the next few hours.
He had a blood alcohol level of .256.
