Boxing legend and Hall of Famer Harold Lederman has died after a battle with cancer at the age of 79, according to HBO.
Lederman, a former boxing judge who became a legend when he served as unofficial scorer for HBO boxing telecasts.
Lederman served as a judge from the late 1960s until the late 1990s, and as an unofficial scorer for HBO started in the mid 1980s. He served in that role until HBO ended its boxing coverage late last year
When giving his scores between rounds on HBO, Lederman became known for his catchphrase “ok, Jim.”
