A man in Haines City, Florida, has been charged with a DUI after he crashed his lawnmower into a police car.
Gary Wayne Anderson, 68, was found crashed into the car by an officer after he heard a loud noise while inside a store. Anderson admitted to the crash and a field sobriety test was administered, which showed the man to be intoxicated.
While at the police department, Anderson claimed to have been poisoned by police and demanded to be taken to the hospital. At the hospital, Anderson’s blood-alcohol content was registered at .241, more than three times the legal limit. Cocaine was also found in his system, but the man claims that police also put that into his system.
