New York Man Accused of Running Prostitution Ring out of Parents’ Basement

A man from Long Island, New York, is accused of running a prostitution ring out of his parents’ basement.

Raymond Rodio III, 47, is accused of using social media to recruit women, getting them addicted to heroin and crack cocaine, and forcing them to have sex with men. He would also reportedly force the women to stay in the basement, which he used as a sort of “dungeon,” according to police.

The ring reportedly had been operating for four years and involved at least 20 women.
