Around three dozen men and women have filed a lawsuit against authorities in Jupiter, Florida, saying they were unlawfully videotaped at the day spa where New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft allegedly paid for sex.
The customers say that they were unlawfully videotaped in various states of undress. The suit alleges that this violated their rights to privacy by recording them as they received massages. The lawsuit also alleges Jupiter police unlawfully obtained ‘sneak-and-peek’ warrants, which allowed them to install hidden cameras.
None of those involved in the suit were charged with crimes associated to the prostitution operation.
