A Maryland man who was arrested after reportedly stealing a truck last Wednesday, reportedly planned to use the vehicle in an ISIS-inspired attack.
Federal prosecutors say that ROndell Henry planned to use the truck he stole to plow into a crowd of people at the National Harbor in Washington, D.C. Prosecutors added that he has been inspired by ISIS to carry out the attack.
It is not clear how close he was to carrying out the attack.
