A student was reportedly injured after a shooting at an Arkansas school that officials are calling “premeditated.”
An eighth grader reportedly brought a firearm to school, concealing the weapon before eventually shooting one of their classmates. The shooting occurred at Park High School, around 90 minutes southwest of Little Rock. Both students are 14-years-old and the suspect is a boy, according to police.
The injured student was airlifted from the scene to a nearby hospital. School resource officers were able to contain the incident shortly after the shooting. An investigation in underway.
