The parents of a little girl allegedly left her at a Florida park and didn’t realize she was missing for 14 hours, according to police.
Jolanda Alexandre, 27, and Makenson Alexandre, 34, were arrested Saturday morning when police finally located the missing toddler’s guardians at their West Palm Beach home, according to the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office. The 2-year-old child was discovered wandering alone in a gold tutu around 8 p.m. Friday in the park. It wasn’t until 12 p.m. Saturday the parents reported the girl missing. They told authorities they didn’t realize the child wasn’t home. The couple was booked on child neglect charges and released on $3,000 bail.
