A crematorium in Germany reportedly went up in flames, causing significant damage to the building, however none of the bodies stored inside were damaged. 

Investigators are working to determine what caused the fire at the crematorium, which is located about 110 miles southeast of Frankfurt. Regional police say that the 20 bodies stored inside were largely unharmed from the blaze. 

Damage has been estimated around approximately $1.7 million.
