A British teenager went to bed with a headache, went into a coma and woke up four days later after giving birth to a surprise baby.
Ebony Stevenson, 18, did not know that she was pregnant. After going to bed feeling sick on Dec. 2, 2018, she was rushed to the hospital and placed in an induced coma before waking up on Dec. 6 having had a baby girl. The teen hadn’t developed a bump, didn’t experience morning sickness and didn’t miss her period. She had no idea she was expecting as her unborn baby was hidden in one of two uteruses, in a condition called uterus didelphys. Doctors performed tests and found that she had suffered preeclampsia. She underwent an emergency C-section.
