Students Found Trading “N-Word Passes” at Maryland High School

Staff at Winston Churchill High School in Potomac, Maryland, discovered that students were trading “N-word passes” during lunchtime.

The passes would “allow” the students to say the racial slur. The permission was written on pieces of paper.

Upon the staff’s discovery of the passes, they immediately confronted the students and the principal of the school gave a swift criticism, rescheduling an upcoming meeting to now discuss “tolerance, racism, and bias.”
