Former 911 Dispatcher Charged With More Than 150 Sex Crime Counts in Kentucky

The Kentucky Attorney General’s Office says a 20-year-old man who worked as a 911 dispatcher is in jail Friday on 167 counts of sex crime charges.

Christopher James Carroll of Elizabethtown is accused of creating multiple fake social media accounts and using them to contact minors and get nude images from them. He was a dispatcher at the Hardin County 911 Center. Carroll faces nine counts of use of a minor under the age of 16 in a sexual performance, 50 counts of use of a minor under the age of 18 in a sexual performance, 100 counts of possessing matter portraying a minor in a sexual performance, six counts of harassing communications and two counts of second-degree stalking.
