WWE legend Mean Gene Okerlund has reportedly died at the age of 76 early Wednesday morning.
Okerlund is well known for being one of the most famous pro wrestling announcer in history. His cause of death is not known, but he has had two kidney transplants, one in 1995 and the other in 2005. Okerlund started as a radio DJ in Nebraska before taking a job with the American Wrestling Association in 1970.
Okerlund was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2006.
