CenturyLink is reportedly experiencing widespread service issues across the United States.
Customers report issues with their internet and phone services for several hours. CenturyLink says that they are aware of the issues, but have not given an estimated time for a restoration of services. They also say that their help portal is also experiencing issues due the outage.
CenturyLink says it may take 24 – 48 hours for the situation to be resolved. The downtime is reportedly related to a “major path issue.”
Our network is experiencing a disruption affecting customer services. We understand some customers are currently unable to generate tickets through the CTL help portal. We know how important services are to our customers and are working to restore services as quickly as possible.
