Frank Adonis, best known for his role in the movie “Goodfellas” has died at the age of 83.
Adonis’ wife says that the actor died late Wednesday night in Las Vegas after dealing with several medical issues over the past few years. Adonis had a long acting career, appearing in 40 different films, including the acclaimed “Goodfellas.”
He was also known for his roles in Martin Scorsese’s other well known movies “Raging Bull” and “Casino.” In addition, he appeared in “Wall Street,” “True Romance,” and “Ace Ventura: Pet Detective.”
Adonis is survived by his wife, their two kids, and a child from a previous marriage.
