Man Arrested for Allegedly Threatening to “Blow Up” Restaurant’s Bathroom Says he only Meant he had to Defecate

A man in New Orleans, Louisiana, was arrested for allegedly threatening to blow up a restaurant’s bathroom, only to say he meant he had to defecate.

Arthur Posey, 30, was at Willie’s Chicken Shack on Nov. 13 when employees say he got into a heated argument with staff and threatened to come back with a “bomb.” Staff say he did not mention the bathroom at any point initially. Police were contacted and found him at a different eatery a block away.

When confronted, Posey said he did not mean to issue a real threat, outside of his intention for bathroom usage. Police charged him with two counts of communicating false information of planned arson.
