Man Arrested for Throwing an Infant at a Car, Bouncing the Child into a Pole

A 25-year-old North Dakota man has been arrested after he threw an infant at a parked car.

Levi James Soiseth is being held on charges of felony child abuse as a result of the incident. The incident reportedly occurred October 18th, but the mother of the child attempted to conceal that Soiseth did the crime until recently. The infant was found with serious injuries all over their body.

Soiseth reportedly became angry at the child, prompting him to throw her at the car, where she bounced off and struck her head on a pole.
