“The Voice” Contestant Dies

Beverly McClellan, who participated in the first season of “The Voice” has died at the age of 49 after a battle with cancer.

McClellan was diagnosed with endometrial cancer in March, which spread to colon, bladder, and intestines. She died surrounded by her family and other loved ones, including her partner, Monique Vasquez.

McClellan was a fan favorite in the first season of the show, finishing third.
