Over 120 missing children have been recovered in Michigan, with some being linked to sex trafficking, according to the U.S. Marshals Service.
The one day sweep, which was conducted on September 26th, yielded 123 children out of the 301 reported cases in the county. All of the children were interviewed after about possible sex trafficking crimes they may have endured. This was the first such operation in Wayne County, Michigan, after another bust occurred when 50 other children were found back in June.
Authorities say that over 1,400 children are reported missing in Michigan.
