Ramon Escobar, 47, has been charged with the deaths of three men in Los Angeles. Escobar has been deported six times.

“U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement said Escobar was ordered removed from the country by an immigration judge in February 1988, and he was deported to El Salvador six times between 1997 and 2011.

He had six felony convictions for burglary and illegal re-entry. The Board of Immigration Appeals granted his appeal in December 2016, and ICE released him a month later,” AP reports.
