11:09 p.m. ET: Police have blocked off the streets around the home, according to local media. Police remain on scene.
11:00 p.m. ET: Police have responded to the Houston, Texas, home of Joseph Pappas, the man wanted for the murder of Mark Hausknecht, the doctor who treated George H.W. Bush.
Police arrived on scene after a neighbor saw a light on and a gate open at the home.
