A wildfire in northern Arizona has grown and is now threatening at least 1,000 homes and businesses.
The fire has grown to around 17.8 square miles. Around 600 fire personnel are combating the blaze in an area that is known for its summer vacation homes. Firefighters are attempted to change the path of the fire and are optimistic as the forecast calls for higher humidity and expected cloud cover.
The fire is believed to be human caused. 30 buildings have already been burned.
